What is a preorder?

A preorder lets you buy a product before it’s officially available or restocked. This secures your unit in advance.

When will my pre-order ship?

The estimated release or shipping date is shown on the product page.

Do I pay now or later?

Payment is charged at the time of placing the pre-order.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Pre-orders can be canceled, subject to applicable cancellation charges from the payment gateway as outlined in our Policy

Are delays expected with preorders?

Yes, delays can occur with preorders due to factors such as manufacturing timelines, logistics, customs clearance, or supplier issues. In some cases, customs-related delays of up to 15 days may occur, which are beyond our control. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, such delays can occasionally happen.

What happens if there’s a delay?

We will notify each customer about any delays in a timely manner. Customers may cancel their order at any time if they do not wish to wait; however, cancellation charges will still be applicable, even in the case of delays.

Will I get updates?

Yes! You’ll receive regular updates about your preorder status and any changes to delivery timelines.

Why should I preorder?

Pre-ordering can help you:

Are preorder quantities guaranteed?

Pre-order quantities are confirmed. However, in the rare event of an issue at the factory (such as incorrect products being supplied), this is beyond our control and may affect fulfillment.
