Price Match Guarantee


Our Price Match Guarantee is offered to ensure fair pricing for our customers. However, it is subject to the following conditions:

1. Ready-to-Ship Products Only

The price match is applicable only for products that are ready to ship on the competitor’s website.

Preorders are generally not eligible, as they often involve long wait times and discounted pricing due to delayed availability.

Exception:

  • We may consider a competitor preorder only if the expected delivery date is within 7 days from the date the price match claim is submitted.

  • We may also consider preorder-to-preorder price matching, provided both products are confirmed preorders of the exact same variant and have comparable expected delivery timelines.

2. Exact Same Variant Required

The product must be the exact same variant, including model, color, and configuration.

Listings with different switch options or configurations will not qualify, as switch types and configurations may carry different costs.

3. Seller & Warranty Verification

The competitor must be a valid and verified Indian seller, and the product must include a proper manufacturer warranty.

4. Amazon Price Match Clause

We may consider price matches from Amazon India, subject to strict verification:

Seller & Warranty Verification

  • The seller will be verified by us.

  • If the seller is not a local authorized seller or is an importer, the product may not carry valid Indian warranty.

  • Even if the Amazon product page mentions warranty, warranty responsibility is controlled by the seller, as listings are created and managed by them.

  • After Amazon’s standard return window (typically 7 days), Amazon does not handle warranty claims. Customers are redirected to the seller or the brand directly.

  • If warranty authenticity cannot be verified, the price match request may be declined.

Card Offers & EMI Policy

  • Only non-EMI card offers are eligible for price match consideration.

  • No Cost EMI offers will not qualify, as they usually include processing fees and GST on interest components.

  • Any EMI-based pricing (including No Cost EMI) will not be considered for price matching.

Screenshot Requirement

  • A screenshot from the final Amazon payment page showing the final payable amount after applying card offers is mandatory.

  • A product page screenshot alone will not be accepted.

  • The screenshot must clearly show:

    • Final payable amount

    • Applied offer details

Without this verification, the price match request will not be processed.

5. Request Timing

Price match requests will not be accepted for orders that have already been delivered.
The claim must be made before delivery is completed.

6. Final Verification

We reserve the right to deny any price match request based on our internal verification process, provided there is a valid reason for rejection.
