GenesisPC – Price Match Policy

1. Product Availability & Landing Price

• Ready-to-Ship Inventory Only: Price matching applies exclusively to products that are currently in stock and immediately ready for dispatch on the competitor’s website. Out-of-stock items, backorders, and placeholder listings are strictly ineligible.
• Landing Price Evaluation: Price matches are calculated based on the competitor's Total Final Landing Price (Base Product Price + Applicable GST + Shipping/Handling Charges). Listings with lower base prices that impose high shipping charges at checkout will be matched against the total landed cost.
• Preorder Terms: Competitor preorders are generally excluded due to extended wait times and speculative pricing. A preorder may be considered only if the published estimated dispatch date is within 7 calendar days of your claim submission, or if both GenesisPC and the competitor are hosting active, verified preorders for the exact same batch.

2. Exact Variant Requirement

• The product must be the exact same variant, including brand, model, production batch, colorway, layout, and firmware/connectivity specifications.
• Peripherals with differing mechanical switch types, sensor specifications, plate materials, or internal components do not qualify, as individual hardware options carry differing manufacturer costs.

3. Authorized Indian Sellers & Warranty Verification

• The competitor must be an established, registered Indian business issuing a compliant GST Tax Invoice.
• The product must include legitimate Official Brand/Manufacturer Warranty serviceable in India. Parallel imports, grey-market units, refurbished goods, unsealed/open-box stock, and liquidation sales are strictly excluded.
• Unauthorized independent storefronts, community classifieds, peer-to-peer platforms (e.g., OLX, Quikr), and international merchants shipping from abroad will not be matched.

4. Marketplace & Amazon India Provisions

• Seller Authentication: The featured Amazon seller must be an authorized distributor or accredited brand partner. Marketplace listings where warranty authenticity cannot be validated will be rejected.
• Card Offers: Only instant, non-EMI bank card discounts reflected directly on the checkout screen are considered.
• EMI Exclusion: No Cost EMI, standard EMI schemes, and credit-line financing are strictly excluded due to subvention fees, interest adjustments, and non-refundable bank processing levies.
• Mandatory Checkout Screenshot: A product page link alone is insufficient. You must submit a clear, unedited screenshot of the final checkout payment screen clearly showing the final payable amount, applied bank discount, and delivery charges.

5. Promotional & Coupon Exclusions

Price matching cannot be combined with or applied against:

• Individual checkout promo codes, personalized coupon codes, first-time buyer incentives, or newsletter signup discounts.
• Store reward points, wallet cashbacks, or affiliate referral credits.
• Clearance sales, flash blowouts, or end-of-life (EOL) liquidation pricing.

6. Submission Window & Verification Protocol

• When to Submit: Price match claims must be submitted and approved prior to placing your order, or within 2 hours of order placement (strictly prior to parcel dispatch and AWB generation).
• No Post-Dispatch / Post-Delivery Claims: Retroactive price match requests for orders that have already shipped or been delivered will not be accepted.
• Final Discretion: GenesisPC reserves the absolute right to evaluate competitor authenticity and approve or decline any price match request based on our internal verification framework.
