How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

A: An order can be modified after it has been placed. Please email us at service@genesispc.in immediately after placing your order and we will update you promptly (within 24 business hours).

My Shipment Was Damaged, What Can I Do?

Share your unboxing video showing the issue. A replacement or a complete refund will be processed depending on the product availability.

Gear Was Missing From My Order, What Can I Do?

Please provide an unboxing video for verification. Upon confirmation, the missing gear will be shipped to you.

Where Is My Package?

A: You can check the current order status from the order confirmation email sent by us after the order was placed.
B: In case your order is in transit, please check your email containing the Tracking ID and Link.

How Do I Start A Return/Refund?

Please refer to our return and refund policy and drop us an email for initiating the process.

How To Claim Warranty?

You can only claim warranty on products that are applicable for warranty. Please go through our warranty policy before initiating the process.

What is a preorder?

A preorder lets you buy a product before it’s officially available or restocked. This secures your unit in advance.

When will my pre-order ship?

The estimated release or shipping date is shown on the product page.

Do I pay now or later?

Payment is charged at the time of placing the pre-order.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Normally, preorders cannot be canceled.
Exception: If delivery is delayed 10+ days beyond the promised date, you may request a full refund.

What happens if there’s a delay?

GenesisPC will notify you if delays extend beyond 2 weeks. Delays may be caused by logistics, customs, or supplier issues.

Will I get updates?

Yes! You’ll receive regular updates about your preorder status and any changes to delivery timelines.
