At GenesisPC, we want to make your preorder experience simple and transparent. Please read the terms below before placing a preorder.

1. What is a Preorder?

A preorder allows you to purchase a product before it officially becomes available or is back in stock. By placing a preorder, you secure your unit in advance and will receive it as soon as it is available.

2. Estimated Release Date

  • The estimated shipping or release date is mentioned on the product page.

  • Please note: delays of up to 2 weeks beyond the estimated date may occur.

3. Payment & Charges

  • Payment is charged at the time of placing your preorder.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Preorders cannot be canceled under normal circumstances.

  • Exception: If delivery is delayed by more than 10 days beyond the initially promised date, you may request a full refund.

5. Handling Delays

  • We strive to meet estimated release dates, but unforeseen issues (logistics, customs, or supplier delays) may arise.

  • If a delay extends beyond 2 weeks, we will notify you proactively.

6. Customer Communication

  • You will receive updates regarding your preorder status and any changes to the estimated delivery date.

Who we work with?

GenesisPC was founded in May 2021 by introducing Royal Kludge keyboards to the Indian market. Since then we have grown to sell products from different international vendors like Akko, Skyloong, The Key Company, Gateron, Durock, Tecsee, etc. with many more to come. We operate from Bengaluru, India and ship out all our products from here.

We have our presence on Reddit (r/mkindia), Indian Mechanical Keyboard Community and have our own Discord server where you can come and hangout with us and fellow GenesisPC customers.
