Return/Cancellation and Warranty Policy

A. Cancellation

We offer free cancellation for the orders that are not shipped and paid via UPI (unless it’s mentioned specifically on product page that it’s not cancellable),
Orders paid via any method other than UPI will attract a cancellation charge of 2% (Payment gateway fee).
Once we share a tracking number the order will be considered as shipped.
Shipped orders can be cancelled but there will be a cancellation fee.
The total cancellation fee will consist of Forward shipping cost, return shipping cost, fulfilment cost and Payment gateway fee (Payment gateway fee will be only applicable incase the order is not paid via UPI).

Cancellation fee structure incase order is not shipped and paid via UPI:
Free cancellation.
Cancellation fee structure incase order is not shipped and is paid via any payment method other than UPI:
2% amount of order Value.
Cancellation fee structure incase order is shipped and paid via UPI:
If your shipping fee is INR 50/- then the cancellation fee will be INR 120/- (Fulfilment cost INR 20/-)
If your shipping fee is INR 90/- then the cancellation fee will be INR 220/- (Fulfilment cost INR 40/-)
If your shipping fee is INR 125/- then the cancellation fee will be INR 300/- (Fulfilment cost INR 50/-)
In general, if shipping fee is x, cancellation fee is 2x + Fulfilment fee.

If your shipping fee is INR 50/- then the cancellation fee will be INR 120/- and 2% of order value – (Fulfilment cost INR 20/-)
If your shipping fee is INR 90/- then the cancellation fee will be INR 220/- and 2% of order value – (Fulfilment cost INR 40/-)
If your shipping fee is INR 125/- then the cancellation fee will be INR 300/- and 2% of order value – (Fulfilment cost INR 50/-)
In general, if shipping fee is x, cancellation fee is 2x + Fulfilment fee + 2% of order value.

B. Warranty

Only those products will be eligible for a warranty for which warranty is specifically mentioned on their product page.
This Warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing.
Replacement will be only possible if the product is not repairable.
We will do a proper inspection of the product and if we found anything that is not covered under warranty we will send back the product as it sent us.
Users will send the product to us for warranty at their own expense, we will ship back the repaired/replacement product for free.
In case the warranty is rejected user will have to pay both side shipping.

B1: The Warranty does not cover:
1. Mechanical or electric damages resulting from incorrect installation, configuration, usage or other activities
inconsistent with the operation manual or contradictory to technical specifications attached to the device.
2. Damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lighting or other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events,
inappropriate voltage, defective supply materials or other external factors.
3. The device that has been tampered with by the Warranty beneficiary or any other person in any
way, including reconfiguration, repair, willful constructional variations, modifications and adjustments.
4. The device with serial numbers seals damaged/tampered are illegible.
5. The activities specified in the operation manual, which remains the sole responsibility of the Customer in his
own capacity and at his own expense.
6. Defects resulting from the usage of improper or non-genuine supply materials.
7. Damages due to the user’s fault or lack of knowledge.
8. Defective functioning of the device caused by a conflict or incompatibility between software.
applications installed on the damaged device or on the equipment, which the device permanently
cooperates with in accordance with the intended purpose of the device.
9. Any Damages/Rust on the keyboard due to accidental water splash.
10. Any kind of physical damage.
11. Incase of keyboards, If the RGB shine through the keycaps is slightly uneven, that will be not considered as a defect, to check defect on the RGB, remove all the keycaps and then check the RGB brightness.

Keep in mind that any kind of modification done on the product voids it warranty.

C. Return / Replacement

Unboxing video is necessary in case the user claims ” Used/Damaged/Different product is delivered “
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable, liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Thermal paste
* Tools & Accessories
* Other consumables Items

C1: Return Process

Return/Replacement period is only applicable for first 24 hours after the delivery, if anyone fails to notify us about ” Used/Damaged/Different product is delivered ” within 24 hours of delivery then the case will be considered as warranty if the product comes with warranty.

Once we receive your complaint about the defect, we will resolve it with the consultation of the manufacturer, it may take some time depending on the issue.
We only provide replacement for electronics items, we will replace the defective product with exact same product.
Refund will be given incase the product is not in stock. (Please read more at Section C5)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will receive a return mailing address and instructions on your registered email address after the return is approved.

C2: Returns with Reason ” Used/Damaged/Different product is delivered “

Please make sure to make an unboxing video of your order, this will help you and us to initiate any refund/replacement faster.
If you have received ” Used/Damaged/Different product is delivered ” then contact us within 24 hours of delivery and
upload your unboxing video on any platform from where we can either view or download your video, once we have received your video we will analyze the footage, the video should be continuous without any cut or pause if we found any editing or tamper with the video then your refund/replacement request will be denied.

C2.1: Order marked delivered but not received

Incase your order is marked as delivered by courier but you have not received the order, please notify us within 48h, courier provides us 48h time to raise a complaint, incase we don’t receive any complaint about the missing order in 48h time window, we will not be able to do anything about that order.

C3: Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company/Bank, it takes upto 3-7 Business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service.genesispc@gmail.com.

C4: Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

C5: Replacement/Refunds (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, once your request is accepted please ship the defective/damaged product back to us in 2 days, We may also offer a (free return pickup)* if your pincode is serviceable.
Refund will be given incase the returned item is not in stock.
C5.1: Defective Product:
After receiving the defective product, we will inspect the product, inspection will take 2 business days.
Incase we found any accessories missing or any signs of mishandling or damage caused by customer, we will send back the product after charging the both (to and from) shipping charges.
Incase of Replacement: After the inspection is completed we will ship out the replacement within 2 business days.
Incase of Refund: After the inspection is completed we will initiate the refund within 24h.
C5.2: Damaged:
All our products are insured, Incase any customer claims damaged product is delivered we will raise a concern with the courier partner and it will go through an investigation, we will only provide replacement after investigation is completed from the courier side.

C5.3: Return shipping

If your order is under return/replacement period then we will offer a free return pickup and send back the replacement for free.

If your product falls under warranty then you will have to ship back the product to us at your own expense, we will send back the replacement/Repaired product for free.
We may offer a paid pickup from your location, if your address is serviceable, Pickup charge for warranty will be INR 150/-.
We will be not liable for any damages on the keyboard while in transit due to improper packing by customer.

In case of a manual return, we will send the return shipping address to your registered email ID.
