What is happening?
We are relocating our store to Bengaluru from our current location in Dimapur, Nagaland. We will be shifting next week due to which we won’t be able to ship any products to our customers between 11 to 28 October(both dates inclusive).
The main reason for this relocation is mainly to provide better shipping time to our customers which had been a challenge for us due to location restrictions. We have been limited to only Delhivery as our shipping provider which made us a lot dependent on them. Though we are also grateful as without them our store wouldn’t have been up.
This shift will help us provide better delivery timings as well as multiple delivery options to our customs and decrease the time it takes to get things delivered.
Once shifting is completed, we will ship all the orders with express services like FedEx, Bluedart and DTDC, incase these carriers are not available at the delivery Pin-code, the order will be shipped by the best option available.
No shipping between Oct 11 to Oct 28
We won’t be shipping out any orders placed during Oct 11 to Oct
26 28. Though starting date is fixed, the end date can vary based on when our shifting is fully complete.
We have decided to keep all the product listings as it is so that customers don’t get confused with what is in stock and what isn’t. We are also not stopping checkout as we have some Group Buys running at our store. So, this does allow any customer to place orders if they want, but keep in mind that they will be shipped after Oct 28. The normal cancellation policy is still in effect(unless something is not cancellable) with slight changes to refund process. If you order anything during this period that you want to cancel, refund will be initiated same day if you mail us the same day, otherwise after Oct 28 if mailed later. Also, same day will only be applicable if mailed at appropriate time for us to act on it before 12 am.
Group-Buys are always open as they have their own shipping date.
A huge thanks to everyone who has supported us and made us what we are today.
